About Us

Ndlondlo is a conservation-driven reptile park based in KwaZulu-Natal, dedicated to educating the public, rescuing and relocating reptiles, and promoting safe, respectful co-existence with these often-misunderstood creatures.

Through interactive tours, expert training, and community outreach, we demystify reptiles and build knowledge that saves both human and animal lives.

Neville

Co-Owner & Park Director
Co-owner of Ndlondlo Reptile Park, Nev has decades of experience working with wildlife and alongside Ezemvelo. He’s been involved in Nat Geo productions like Snakes in the City and Do Not Attempt with David Blaine. A true all-rounder — there’s nothing he can’t do!
Helen

Co-Owner & Park Manager
Co-owner of Ndlondlo Reptile Park, brings over 20 years of hands-on experience. She’s a passionate educator, leading school shows and birthday parties, and works closely with Ezemvelo. In her spare time, she channels her creativity into making jewellery.
Shaylen

Park Manager, Tour Guide & Handler
Shaylen has been with the team for 3 years. He ensures top care for each reptile and assists with venomous rescues, including Black Mambas and Cobras. He leads tours, shares his knowledge during awareness talks, and plays a vital role in antivenom production. Quiet, capable, and passionate.
Marco

Handler & Rescuer
Trained, experienced, and fearless — Marco’s been rescuing snakes with Ndlondlo for 7 years, bringing skill and spirit to every callout.

Snake Rescuer, Handler & Keeper
A fearless rescuer and educator for 10 years — Sam handles mambas and vipers with ease, but draws the line at cockroaches!
Peter

Conservstionist, Guide & Rescuer
With over 7 years of experience, Peter is passionate about conservation and always eager to assist with tours. He’s completed numerous training courses and also serves on the NSRI Search and Rescue team.
Amy

Biologist & Conservationist
A reptile enthusiast and rescuer for 8 years, Amy co-chairs the Bat Interest Group of KZN and works with the public on bat education and rescue. She also collaborates with universities on conservation and has completed numerous training sessions. Passionate, confident and committed.
Dino

Wildlife Guide & Conservationist
Part of the Ndlondlo team for 3 years, Dino is a former guide at Phinda Game Reserve. His passion for wildlife and conservation makes him a true asset to the team.
